We are the Manufacturers and Exporters of
Vacuum Impregnation Plant for sealing
Porosity (casting cavities) in Casting. We
also are manufactures of CS477 Sealant which
is used in the Vacuum Impregnation Plant for
sealing the Porosity (casting cavities).
Vacuum Impregnation is a process which is
used for sealing the Porosity (Casting
Cavities) in the cast metals by creating a
vacuum. Due to the low viscosity of the
sealant it easily penetrates the smallest
porosity. The sealant is then harden by
increasing the temperature. The Porosity is
sealed permanently which can withstand the
temperature of 450°C and the pressure of
10000 P.S.I. This process helps in saving
the Casting which to be rejected due to
Porosity and leakage. It also saves on cost
of remolding and re-machining of rejected
casting.
Vacuum Impregnation Plant can be used for
